Full body massage utilising Swedish techniques (long, flowing strokes along with some gentle kneading and grasping of the muscle to promote relaxation). Post-workout massage assists in your body's recovery and relaxation If you have sore muscles from training, this massage option is your go to for post-workout recovery. It provides relief for sore muscles and assists with delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) while increasing blood circulation and flexibility. *Available Tuesdays to Thursdays 9:30am-7pm for new clients only
Gym Member Special is available Tuesdays to Thursdays 9:30am-7pm. Offer is available for new clients only on production of current valid gym membership card on device or card. Please note this is not a deep tissue or sports massage as its purpose is to aid relaxation and recovery of the muscles. Typically deep tissue massage is not recommended after training due to its intensity and could potentially increase inflammation. Massage therapy is a great adjunct to other healthy habits including staying hydrated during a workout, incorporating light movement and stretching along with conditioning and resistance exercises.
